The Collection of the Fondation Cartier pour l’art contemporain will be shown in an exhibition called Highlights at the Seoul Museum of Art (SeMA) from May 30 through August 15, 2017.

The show is curated in close partnership between the Fondation Cartier and SeMA, a public institution situated at the center of Seoul known for its focus on international programming. It will be a chance for the public to explore works by artists like Ron Mueck, David Lynch, Sarah Sze, Raymond Depardon, Chéri Samba, Claudia Andujar, and Jean-Michel Othoniel.
There will also be major works and pieces commissioned for the exhibition by Korean artists Park Chan-wook and Park Chan-kyong of PARKing CHANce, Lee Bul, and Sunwoo Hoon that tie in with the works from the Fondation Cartier Collection.
In a scenography conceived by Korean designer Catherine Seyoung Lee_nonstandard studio, the exhibition will take up the three floors of the SeMA and lead visitors through alternating spaces of discovery, contemplation, literature, sound, and wonder.
