Les Voix de la Vallée

The Fondation Cartier and Fabrice Hyber present a programm of night classes, Voice of the Valley, every Thursday from 7 to 8 pm in the exhibition. Conducted in pairs by experts in their fields, these dialogues–between a chef and a gardener, an athlete and a philosopher, a climatologist and a writer, etc. –are an opportunity to test the hypotheses proposed by the artist in his works and to reflect the richness of Fabrice Hyber's artistic approach.

A project by Fabrice Hyber, produced by the Fondation Cartier and realized in collaboration with *Duu Radio.

New publication

Fabrice Hyber, The Valley

Discover the exhibition catalog The Valley. Bringing together a large selection of paintings created by Fabrice Hyber as well as numerous photographs of the Valley, a forest he has sown in the Vendée department in the 1990’s, the exhibition catalog offers to the reader a unique opportunity to dive into the personal universe of the artist. With contributions by Bruce Albert, Emanuele Coccia, Pascal Rousseau, and Olivier Schwartz.

La Vallée

Since 2019, Karim Hapette and Michaël Huard record Fabrice Hyber's Vallée to create a two-parts documentary : La Vallée and Les Hommes de la Vallée.

The artist tells us how this 100,000 trees forest was born, populated by wild animals and birds with bewitching songs. The camera then turns to his accomplices: collaborators, friends or neighbors give us a sensitive vision of their collaboration with the artist.
